How long does delivery take?
Since each bed is handcrafted to order, our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. Once your bed is ready, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient installation window.
Is assembly included in the shipping cost?
Yes, all our bed frames include complimentary professional assembly. Our delivery team will set up your new bed in the room of your choice and remove all packaging materials.
Do your beds come with a warranty?
We stand by our craftsmanship. Every bed frame comes with a 10-year structural warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Can I request a custom size or finish?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke adjustments for height, width, and finish. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page to discuss your specific requirements.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your bed, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat-rate collection fee.
